Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.  

Co-accused Praveen Kumar Jain has been admitted to bail by this Court.  Case of applicant stands on similar footing.

Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Praveen Kumar Verma be released on bail in case crime no. 51 of 2006 under sections 409/420/467/468/471 /120-B IPC police station Matsena district Firozabad, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned magistrate.
