1. We have heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents.
2. This is a writ petition for direction to respondents to renew the patta granted in favour of the petitioner. In this regard,he has given an application on 13.6.2006. As it has not been decided, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. In the circumstances of the case it would be appropriate that the petitioner's representation dated 13.6.2006 may be decided by the respondent No.2 by a reasoned order at an early date, and if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner along with certified copy of this order will also file a copy of his representation, other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope. Respondent No.2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
