It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is mother-in-law of the deceased. In this case the dead body has been disposed of . Co-accused Ram Singh alias Mintal has been released on bail by learned Sessions Judge, on 2.8.2006. The case of the applicant is also on the same footing with the case of the above mentioned co-accused.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Suraj Kali involved in Case Crime No. 58 of 2006, under Sections 498-A, and 304-B and 201 I.P.C. and Section ¾ Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Sulatanpur Ghosh District Fathpur be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
