Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that there is a cross version of the incident. From both side F.I.R. have been registered and both side have received injury. From the side of the prosecution one person has lost the life and one person sustained injuries. From the applicant side two persons received injury. The injury received by the applicant side have not been explained. The prospection has not come with clean hands.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Rajesh Harijan, Sonu alias Ishwar Dutta and Monu involved in case crime no. 330of 2006 under Sections 147,148,149,304,324,323,504,506,452 I.P.C., P.S.Lar District Deoria be released on bail on their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
