Rajendra Singh v. Union Of India - CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. 20582 of 2006 [2006] RD-AH 17091 (3 October 2006)
|
Hon. K.N.Sinha,J.
In spite of list of bail applications, being revised, no one is present from the side of Union of India. Learned counsel for the applicant is present.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This is a complaint filed by Central Narcotic Bureau which is a case of poppy grower. It is said that the opium supply was not up to the standard. This question would be a matter of trial and evidence.
Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.
Let applicant Rajendra Singh be released on bail, in case crime No. S.S.T. 226 of 2005, Complaint Case No. 1 of 2005, under Sections 8/19,8/26, N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Usait, District Budaun on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Dt.3.10.2006.
