HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. K.N.Sinha,J.

In spite of  list  of bail applications, being revised, no one is present from the side of Union of India. Learned counsel for the applicant is present.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

This is a complaint filed by Central  Narcotic  Bureau  which is a case of poppy grower.  It is said that  the opium  supply  was not up to the standard.  This  question would be  a matter of trial and evidence.

Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Son Pal be released on bail, in SST. No. 06 of 2006, under Section 8/19 and 8/26 N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, Police Station Dataganj Budaun Kendriya Narcotic Bureau, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties  each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.

Dt.3.10.2006.
