This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Upendra Singh alias Kalloo involved in case Crime No. 625 of 2006, under sections 147, 148, 308, 324, I.P.C. and section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police station Sarai Lakhansi, district Mau.

Heard Sri Anil Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Harindra  Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that co-accused Amit Singh and Sunil Singh have been enlarged on bail by an order of this Court dated 19.9.2006 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 15789 of 2006 and the case of the applicant is identical. The learned counsel submitted that there is no X-ray or supplementary medical reports of the injured.

The learned AGA submitted that there is criminal history of seven cases against the applicant.

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.

Co-accused Amit Singh and Sunil Singh have been granted bail by an order of this Court dated 19.9.2006 and the case of the applicant being analogous, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant Upendra Singh alias Kalloo involved in case Crime No. 625 of 2006, under sections 147, 148, 308, 324, I.P.C. and section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police station Sarai Lakhansi, district Mau, be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
