Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.  

This is a case of theft of cycle.  Theft of cycle is very small matter and bail in such matter may be granted at district level itself in spite of wasting the time of this Court.

Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

Let applicant Faizan be released on bail in case crime no. 173 of 2006 under sections 379/411 IPC, police station Janakpuri district Saharanpur, on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned court.    

A copy of this order be sent to the District Judge, Saharanpur for future guidance.
