Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that after re-checking/scrutiny of the relevant answer copy of the petitioner, there has been an increase of 5 marks in Mathematics Paper II and instead of 28 marks, the petitioner has now obtained 33 marks. Thus instead of 68 marks in the Mathematics Papers the petitioner has now obtained 73 marks.
Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent-Board shall issue the corrected mark-sheet of the High School Examination 2006 of the petitioner within three weeks from today through the College from where the petitioner had appeared in the examination.
This writ petition stands allowed to the extent indicated above. No order as to cost.
