The learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a supplementary affidavit that may be kept on record.
We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners Sri Madan Lal Srivastava and Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioners have already made a representation-dated 25.11.2003 (Annexure 1 to the writ petition) before the respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, District Sonebhadra. The same is still pending up-till-date and has not yet been decided.
We direct the respondent No.2 i.e. Collector, District Sonebhadra to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of filing of the certified copy of the order.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
