On account of failure on the part of the learned counsel for the applicant in Civil Misc. (Substitution) Application No. 9319 of 1984 (dated 7.7.1984)  in taking requisite steps for issuance of notices pursuant to the order dated 4.5.1987 passed by the Additional Registrar in respect of the said Application, the case is listed today under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court.
