Sant Ram Krishna Kanya Mahavidhyalya v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - C No. 3682 of 2006 RD-AH 1746 (23 January 2006)
HON. Dr. B.S. CHAUHAN, J.
HON. SHISHIR KUMAR, J.
This writ petition has been filed raising a grievance for not granting affiliation to the petitioners' College for B.Ed. course for the academic session 2005-06 inspite of the fact that the petitioners fulfill all the eligibility as required under the law. Learned counsel for the Respondents has raised a preliminary objection that even if the petitioners possess all the eligibility, the requisite condition for granting affiliation is inspection report and the inspection made earlier is not satisfactory.
Instead of entering into the controversy, as it involves the fate of the students, it is desirable that the respondents no. 3 and 4 would sent the inspection team as early as possible preferably within three weeks from today and the inspection team is requested to submit report within a period of one week thereafter. The said report shall be forwarded forthwith to the learned Chancellor of the B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra. We request the learned Chancellor to consider the report and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
Meanwhile the temporary affiliation, if any, granted earlier, shall continue till the order is passed by the learned Chancellor.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
