Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Dharmendra Singh and the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, Sri Ranjit Saxena.

In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.16,000/- along with an objection to respondent no.4, Executive Engineer, Electricity Supply Division, Firozabad district-Firozabad within one month, the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter.

For a period of three months no recovery shall be made against the petitioner.

With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
