The petitioner has come up in this writ petition with the averments that the respondents have taken away part of his property without any acquisition. The petitioner has filed earlier writ petition No.14641 of 2002 which was decided on 15.4.2002 with the direction to the respondent No.3 to decided the representation of the petitioner. The petitioner has filed the representation which has been rejected on 12.8.2002.
We have heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Tarun Verma, counsel for respondents.
The respondents have filed a counter affidavit in which it is stated that the property was acquired as for back in the 1930. According to the petitioner it is incorrect, he is still in possession on the entire land.
The petitioner may, if so advised, file a suit before Court below.
With this observation, the writ petition is dismissed.
