HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Sunil Ambwani, J.

Learned counsel for the appellant was elevated to the bench, retired and thereafter expired.  Notice sent to appellant no. 1 has not been returned back either delivered or undelivered.  The notice could not be served on appellant no. 1 as the parentage  is wrongly given in the array of parties.  Notice on appellant shall be deemed to be served.  No one appears for the appellant to prosecute the appeal.

The second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
