We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri A.K.Gupta and Sri Ranjit Saxena, learned counsel for the respondents.
In case the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.75,000/- along with an objection with the respondent No.3 i.e. Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand, Etah, within a period of six weeks, the same shall be decided within a period of two months thereafter. Till the decision of the objection of the petitioner, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
