1. This writ petition is against the order dated 7.1.2003 for appointing respondent no. 3 as notary.

2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for the respondents.

3. A counter affidavit has been filed in which report of the District Judge has been annexed which shows that there is no involvement of respondent no. 3 in criminal cases. In these circumstances, there is no justificat6ion to interfere with the order. The writ petition has no merit. It is dismissed.
