Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents Sri Rajeev Sharma.
The petitioner has raised a claim that he has worked for more than 240 days in four consecutive years and his services have been wrongly terminated.
Such being the nature of complaint of the petitioner, the petitioner who is alleged workman can raise his claim before the Industrial Disputes Court under the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
As such the petitioner has equally efficacious alternative remedy, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. It is always open to the petitioner to take recourse to alternative remedy available to him.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Interim order, if any, is vacated.
