The aforementioned applications have been filed consequent to the death of Jamuna Singh( plaintiff-respondent no.1).
Issue notice to the proposed heir and legal representative of the said Jamuna Singh ( plaintiff -respondent no. 1), as mentioned in the prayer clause of the aforementioned Substitution Application, shown at Serial No.2 above.
Notice will be issued by Registered Post A.D., fixing 23.3.2007.
Steps will be taken by the learned counsel for the applicants in the aforementioned applications within eight weeks, failing which , the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.

Issue notice on the aforementioned applications.
Notice will be issued to the defendant-respondent no.2 as well as to the proposed heir and legal representative of the plaintiff-respondent no. 1 by Registered Post A.D., fixing 23.3.2007.
Steps will be taken by the learned counsel for the applicants in the aforementioned applications within eight weeks, failing which , the case will be listed before the Court under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Rules of the Court immediately on the expiry of the said period.
