Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant did not cause any injury. The role of causing injuries to the deceased is assigned to co-accused Ram Babu, thereafter, co-accused Vasudeo caused injuries by using Pharsa blows. Co-accused Vijay Bahadur, whose case is on the same footing with the case of the applicant, has been released on bail by this court on 24.8.2006 in Criminal Misc Bail Application No. 16367 of 2006.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Vinod involved in Case Crime No. 142 of 2006, under Sections 302, 307 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Bisanda District Banda be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
