HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE OF ALLAHABAD

Hon. Sunil Ambwani, J.

The sole respondent has died.  No substitution application has been filed.

The appeal was filed in defect.  The Stamp Reporter found that the appeal was filed beyond the period of limitation.  The application for condonation of delay is pending.  No one appears to press the delay condonation application and the appeal.

The second appeal is consequently dismissed both on the ground of delay and for want of prosecution.

Dt. 18.10.2006.
