Sri Dhanjai Singh appears for the respondents.  Learned counsel for the appellant was elevated to the bench long ago and since retired.  The notices sent to the appellant to engage another counsel have not been returned back either served or unserved.  Under the Rules of the Court, the appellant shall be deemed to be served.

No one appears for the appellant in the revised call. The second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
