It has already been brought on record vide office report dated 29.3.2004 that the warrant issued against the revisionist-accused could not be executed because he has left his address. In the circumstances, the C.J.M. Agra was directed to issue notice to the sureties of the revisionist for his production. Thereafter on several dates this case was passed over on the request of learned counsel for the revisionist. Lastly it was listed on 26.9.2005
Let, therefore, fresh non bailable warrant be issued against the accused through C.J.M. Agra to be returnable within 6 weeks. If need be learned C.J.M. may also issue notices to the sureties of the revisionist for his production.
