Upon hearing the petitioners, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to respondent no.2, District Magistrate, Chandauli to consider the complaint of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order by giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon. For the purposes of effective adjudication, a copy of the writ petition along with its annexure can also be treated as part and parcel of the complaint.

Formalities will be completed by learned counsel for the petitioner in course of these dates.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

However, no order is passed as to costs.
