Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the contesting respondents.
As per the pleadings contained in the writ petition it is clear that the issue raised therein regarding parentages etc. cannot be decided by means of this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioner has grievance as raised in the present writ petition, she should file a suit or apply for succession, as may be advised.
The writ petition is misconceive and is dismissed in limine without entering into the merits of the case.
No order as to costs.
