This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Ram Veer involved in case Crime No. 560 of 2006, under section 4/5 Explosive Substance Act, Police station Mau Darwaja, district Farrukhabad.

Heard Sri Akhil Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that recovery of two country made live bombs is said to have been made from the possession of the applicant. The learned counsel urged that there are no public witnesses to the recovery. According to the learned counsel there is no criminal history of the applicant.

The learned AGA  submitted that  recovery of  two country made  live bombs has been made from the possession of the applicant.

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.

The applicant is in jail for the  last more than  one month. There are no public witnesses to the recovery. The  applicant is not a man of criminal antecedents. In view of these facts, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.

Let the applicant Ram Veer involved in case Crime No. 560 of 2006, under section 4/5 Explosive Substance Act, Police station Mau Darwaja, district Farrukhabad, be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
