Heard Sri Shailendra Yadav learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dharmendra Shukla learned counsel holding brief of Sri Anil Tiwari learned counsel for the respondent.
Annexure 7 is the copy of application given by petitioner to Registrar, Handia Post Graduate College, Handia Allahabad for revaluation of his answer sheets relating to two papers. The prayer in the writ petition is that scrutiny proceedings may be directed to be initiated. Under the relevant rules and regulations of the University/College in question there is no provision of revaluation of answer sheets.
However in case petitioner applies for scrutiny of his answer sheets then respondents shall intimate the result of scrutiny within three weeks from the date of receipts of application, which shall be given directly to the Registrar as well as through registered post.
With the above observations writ petition is disposed of.
