Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent no. 2 - University. With their consent, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage without calling for a counter affidavit.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he appeared in the B.A. Part III Examination conducted by the respondent no. 2-University as a private student from the respondent no. 3-College in the year 2006 but the results have not been declared although the results of other candidates who had appeared in the said examination have already been declared. With regard to such grievances, the petitioner has already submitted several representations, which have yet not been decided.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in case if, with regard to his grievances made in this writ petition, the petitioner files a fresh comprehensive representation before the respondent no. 2, the Registrar, Chhatrapati Sahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur alongwith a certified copy of this order, the same shall be considered and decided by the said respondent, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of filing of the same.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ petition is finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
