Heard Sri S.K. Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that recovery of Rs.1000/- is said to have been made at the pointing out of the applicant. The learned counsel urged that the applicant is not named in the first information report nor he was put up for identification.
