This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicants Jitendra alias Jeetu and Susheel alias Pinki involved in case Crime No. 424 of 2006, under section 41/102 Cr.P.C. and sections 414, 420, 467, 468, I.P.C., Police station Kotwali, district Mathura.

Heard Sri Y. Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and have perused the record.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that co-accused Vijay Singh and Laxman have been enlarged on bail by orders of this Court dated 16.10.2006 and 1.11.2006 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Applications No. 21310 of 2006 and 22.732 of 2006 and the case of the applicants is identical. The learned counsel urged that recovery of motorcycle each is said to have been made from the possession of the applicants.

The learned AGA submitted that recovery of stolen motorcycle with interpolated registration number etc. was made from the possession of each of the applicants.

I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.

Co-accused Vijay Singh and Laxman have been enlarged on bail by orders of this Court dated 16.10.2006 and 1.11.2006 and the case of the applicants is similar to them, In view of these facts, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.

Let the applicants Jitendra alias Jeetu and Susheel alias Pinki involved in case Crime No. c424 of 2006, under section 41/102 Cr.P.C. and sections 414, 420, 467, 468, I.P.C., Police station Kotwali, district Mathura, be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
