It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that according to the F.I.R. the applicant and Harveer caused injuries on the person of the deceased. Co-accused Harveer has been released on bail by this court on 6.10.2006 in Criminal Misc Bail Application No. 21416 of 2006. The case of the applicant is on the same footing with the case of the abovementioned co-accused.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Amit Kumar involved in Case Crime No. 61 of 2006, under Sections 302, 323 and 504 I.P.C., Police Station B.B. Nagar District Bulandshahar be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
