Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is not named in the F.I.R. but during investigation the name of the applicant and other co-accused persons came to light. The co-accused Harjodh Singh whose case was on the same footing as the applicant, has been released on bail by this court on 10.10.206 in criminal misc. bail application no. 14405 of 2005. Therefore, the applicant is also entitled to get the benefit of parity.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.

involved in case crime no. 552 of 1997 under Sections 302,201,342,448,452,454,34I.P.C., and 3(1) 10 S.C./S.T. Act P.S. Faridpur District Bareilly be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
