Heard Sri V.P. Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and have perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant had taken lift as a passenger in the truck. The learned counsel argued that the applicant has no criminal history. The learned counsel argued that the applicant is Hindu and worshipper of cow, therefore, he has no concerned with slaughtering.
The learned AGA submitted that the applicant was arrested at the spot and recovery of five dead cows was made from the truck.
I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.
It is a case of transportation of cows in a cruel manner. The dead cows were not slaughtered. In view of these facts, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.
