Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the father in law of the deceased. He was living separately and he was having no concern with the demand of dowry and subjecting the deceased to cruelty. The co-accused Laxmi Narain has been released on bail, who are also living separately.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Babu Lal involved in case crime no. 148 of 2006 under Sections 498A,304-B I.P.C., and ¾ D.P.Act P.S. Kagaraul District Agra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
