Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the father in law of the deceased. It is alleged that the applicant and other co-accused persons committed the murder of the deceased by way of strangulation. On merits, the applicant is not entitled for bail. However considering the age of the applicant i.e. 77 years, which has not been controverted by the learned A.G.A.the applicant is released on bail.
Let the applicant Ram Prakash involved in case crime no. 54 of 2006 under Sections 304,498A I.P.C., and ¾ D.P. Act P.S. Bela District Auraiya be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
