Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the mother in law of the deceased. She was living separately. She was having no concern with the demand of dowry and subjecting the deceased to cruelty but on the same ground the co-accused Laxmi Narayan and Janardan who were uncle in law and Jeth of the deceased have been granted bail by this court.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Shanti Devi involved in case crime no. 148 of 2006 under Sections 498A,304-B I.P.C., and ¾ D.P.Act P.S. Kagaraul District Agra be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
