Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. and Sri N.I. Jafri, learned counsel for the complainant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant did not cause any injury on the person of the deceased or injured. The role of causing injury is assigned to the co-accused Shakoor and Jahur Alam, who have been released on bail by this court on 30.10.2006 in criminal misc. bail application no.23040 of 2006.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Ismail involved in case crime no. 252 of 2006 under Sections 302,307,201,147,148,149 I.P.C., P.S. Partapur District Meerut be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
