1. The petitioner was granted resident certificate on 24.7.2006. It was lateron cancelled on 3.10.2006. Thereafter, her appointment as Anganwadi Karyakartri was also cancelled on 10.1.2006. Hence the present writ petition.
2. We have heard counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel and Smt. Anita Tripathi for the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this order was passed without giving any opportunity to the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner may file representation before respondent no. 2. In case any such representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent no. 2 within a month by a speaking order, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file certified copy of this order; other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with the representation. Respondent no. 2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner. Till the representation of the petitioner is decided the orders dated 3.10.2006 and 10.10.2006 shall be kept in abeyance.
4. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
