Pursuant to the order dated 19.10.2006, the case is listed today. Shri Mahtab Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri M.M. Jain holding brief for Shri M.K. Gupta, learned counsel for the respondents, are present.
Shri Mahtab Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as the matter involved in the present case has been settled between the parties outside the Court, the petitioner does not want to press the present Writ Petition, and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
In view of the statement made by Shri Mahtab Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
The stay order, if any, is vacated.
It is made clear that no liberty is being given to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition on the same cause of action.
