K.C. Kapoor v. State Of U.P. And Others - WRIT - A No. 62099 of 2006 RD-AH 19268 (15 November 2006)
Hon'ble Amitava Lala,J.
The dispute is with regard to the fixation of revised pay scale. Petitioner's grievance is that in spite of various representations from 2003 to 2005, no consideration has been made by the authority concerned. Therefore, in disposing the writ petition, we have a time bound programme in the following manner.
We direct the appropriate authority to consider the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order upon giving fullest opportunity of hearing and by passing a reasoned order thereon. For the purpose of effective adjudication a copy of the writ petition along with its annexures can be treated as part and parcel of the representation.
Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.
No order is passed as to costs.
