This is an application for bail moved on behalf of the applicant Ram Munesh alias Jhabba indicted in case crime No. 74 of 2006 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 393 I.P.C. P.S. Awagarh District Etah .
Heard Shri H.P. Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and have perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that it is a case of police encounter in which none of the police personnel sustained injuries.
The learned A.G.A. argued that applicant was arrested at the spot and recovery of country made pistol was made from his possession.
I have taken into consideration the submissions advanced on behalf of both the parties.
This being a case of no injury, I consider it to be a fit case for bail.
Let the applicant Ram Munesh alias Jhabba indicted in case crime No. 74 of 2006 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 393 I.P.C. P.S. Awagarh District Etah , be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
