This is a writ petition for for a direction to the respondents no. 2 to 6 to complete  selection process for awarding dealership of H.P.C.L. Retail outlet  and also to issue L.O.I. to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned  counsel for the contesting  respondents.

Sri Vikas Budhwar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4, informs the Court that representation of the  petitioner, which was filed  pursuant to  the High Court's order passed  in an earlier writ petition, has already been rejected. Sri Ramendra Asthna, learned  counsel for the petitioner, states that the said order of rejection has not  been communicated to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, copy of the  order  produced by Sri Vikas Budhwar  is now being furnished to Sri Ramendra Asthana, learned counsel for the petitioner  and if the petitioner is still aggrieved, she can  raise her grievance  in accordance with law, as she may be advised, before the concerned  Authority.

So far as the representation before  the District Magistrate/District officer  filed  by the petitioner for obtaining no objection certificate for retail outlet dealership is concerned, she may file certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition with annexures within two weeks from today before the concerned District Magistrate/District Officer, who shall pass appropriate orders thereon taking into account the relevant circumstances  as early as possible, preferably within four weeks  of the receipt of the certified copy of this order, as stipulated above.

Writ Petition is finally disposed of subject to the above directions.

No order as to costs.
