The respondent no. 6 has been granted licence for fair price shop. According to the petitioner he is a relation of Gram Pradhan and cannot be granted this licence. The petitioner has also filed a representation dated 15.11.2005 before respondent no.3in this regard. As it has not been decided, the present writ petition has been filed.
We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the Standing Counsel for the respondents.
In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2005 made before respondent no. 3 may be decided by the said respondent by a reasoned order at an early date, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner will file copy of his representation, necessary documents and a duly stamped self addressed envelope along with the certified copy of this order. The concerned authority after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
