1. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the standing counsel for the respondents. The petitioner is permitted to imlead respondent no.6.
2. The petitioner has filed original suit no. 29 of 2002 before respondent no.2. In this suit he filed an application for interim injunction. As no order has been passed on this application, hence he filed the present writ petition.
3. The writ petition is disposed of with the observations that respondent no. 6 may pass appropriate order on the injunction application filed by the petitioner as an early date, if possible, within three months of receipt of copy of this order. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
