         Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.

      This is a case of misuse of cheque issued to the dealer. There is no criminal history.

Considering this, I find it a fit case for bail.

  Let applicant Devendra Singh be released on bail, in case crime No. 129 of 2006, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 411 I.P.C, Police Station Colnelganj, District Kanpur City, on  his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties  each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
