It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is Jethani of the deceased, but in the present case co-accused Ram Das the husband of the deceased and Smt Sumitra, the mother-in-law of the deceased have been released on bail by this court on 21.8.2006 and 4.8.2006 in Criminal Misc Bail Applications No.15032 of 2006 and 15026 of 2006. The case of the applicant is also on the same footing with the case of the above mentioned co-accused.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Raj Kumari involved in Case Crime No. 56 of 2006, under Sections 498-A and 304-B I.P.C. Police Station Jamunapar, District Mathura be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned .
