Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that according to the prosecution version the applicants and five other co-accused persons caused injury by using lath and danda blows. The co-accused Ganga Deen whose case was on the same footing with the applicants, has been released on bail by this court on 16.10.2006 in criminal misc. bail application no. 22290 of 2006.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicants and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case the applicants are entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicants Dilip Kumar, Amarnath, Anoop and Nanhey Pasi involved in case crime no. 207 of 2006 under Sections 147,148,323,304,324,325 I.P.C., P.S. Kokhraj District Kaushambi be released on bail on Their furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
