Hon'ble Rajes Kumar, J.

Heard learned Standing Counsel.

By the impugned order, Tribunal has recalled its earlier order, which was an ex-parte order on the ground that the dealer was prevented by sufficient cause and directed for hearing of the case. I do not find any error in the order of the Tribunal.

In the result, revision nos. 623 and 624 of 2000 fail and are, accordingly, dismissed.
