It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the husband of the deceased was having illicit relations with the wife of the applicant. The applicant is jeth of the deceased. The specific role has been assigned to the husband of the deceased. The motive was only against the husband of the deceased. It was not to the applicant to commit the murder of the deceased.
After considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
Let the applicant Lal Ji Patel involved in Case Crime No. 104 of 2006, under Sections 147 and 302 I.P.C., Police Station Mau Aima , District Allahabad be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned
