1. This is a writ petition against the order dated 8th June 2006 and it was dismissed on 6.7.2006. the petitioner has filed an application to recall this order on the ground that due to mistake some wrong order has been transcribed in the writ petition. The cause shown is sufficient. The order dated 6.7.2006 is recalled. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is heard and is disposed of.
2. This is writ petition against the order dated 8.6.2006 cancelling the fair price shop of the petitioner. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that this order was passed without giving any opportunity to the petitioner.
3. In the circumstances of the case, the post decisional hearing may be given to the petitioner. The petitioner may file a representation before respondent no. 2. In case the representation is filed, it may be decided by respondent no.2 by a speaking order, if possible, within three months from the date of receipt of the representation. The petitioner will file a certified copy of this order; other necessary documents and a duly stamped self-addressed envelope along with her representation. Respondent no.2 after taking decision will communicate the same to the petitioner.
4. With these directions the writ petition is disposed of.
